In no event shall Bangkok Core Data be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our intelligence modules.
User Accounts & Maintenance
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access our portal. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that facilitate data leakage, unauthorized scraping, or other activities that undermine the integrity of our core data ecosystem.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action regarding these services shall be conducted in the courts of Bangkok.
